What were the best-selling games in America, Japan, and Europe the past week? Thanks to Amazon online sales data here are the games that are the hottest. Think of it as a games weather report.
What follows is a listing of the Top 10 bestsellers per region, for all systems combined.

Valve looks set to make millions of humans and robots alike think with portals. It’s a strong debut for Portal 2 both at retail and online. Now where’s our Half-Life 2: Episode 3?

“Battle & Get! Pokemon Typing DS” looks strangely appealing — while obviously aimed at kids learning how to type — its debut skyrocketed it to #1 in the Japanese sales charts and it’s been hanging on for weeks now. Eat your heart out Pokemon Snap, Pokemon Typing might make a run for your fan favorite status.

505 Games imported the Zumba Fitness craze to European Wii’s after a tremendous success in America months earlier. While casual fitness games are still on a tour the force, it’s nevertheless amazing to see it outsell all popular new releases.

Portal 2 remains in 1st place on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC charts.

Just Dance 2 still stars on the Wii chart.

Pokemon Black & White is on top of the DS chart.
