    Jika pada tahun sebelumnya kabupaten Bandung Barat mengusulkan sebanyak 1. 485 CPNS, tahun ini usulan kebutuhan CPNS di kabupaten ini meningkat menjadi 2744 orang. Usulan tersebut adalah bukan merupakan keputusan final dikarenakan pihak pustlah yang akan menentukan berapa jumlah penerimaan CPNS di kabupaten tersebut secara pasti yang didasarkan pada kebutuhan daerah.


    Dari total usulan 2.744 CPNS tersebut didominasi olehquota formasi guru yang mencapai 2010 orang, disusul tenaga teknis sebanyak 341 orang dan sisanya dialokasikan untuk tenaga kesehatan sebanyak 393 orang.

    "Kita sudah mendata kebutuhan CPNS di setiap SKPD. Pada perinsipnya sudah siap tinggal dilaporkan ke Bupati untuk kemudian di kirim ke pusat," kata Kepala BKPP KBB, Wandiana, S.H. Minggu (22/5).

    Sebagai gambaran dari tahun kemarin dari total sebanyak 1485 orang yang diusulkan, yang disetujui hanyalah sekitar 179 CPNS, tentu saja jumlah sekarang pun belum bisa dipastikan berapa besar jumlahnya yang telah diputuskan. "Kita lihat saja hasilnya, dari kebutuhan daerah ini nanti dilihat kemampuan yang dapat diakomodasi oleh pusat berapa," katanya.

    Sementara itu di kabupaten Bandung Barat usulan batas usia pensiun (BUP) per April sebanyak 176 orang dengan jumlah PNS per tahun 2011 sebanyak 12.806 orang.

    Adanya peningkatan kuota CPNS memang menjadi harapan dari pemerintah daerah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan PNS. Seperti usulan terbanyak untuk tenaga guru yang mencapai 2.010 orang, merupakan gambaran bahwa pengangkatan guru PNS sangat dibutuhkan dalam menunjang aktivitas pendidikan di Kabupaten bandung barat.
